Setting Up Business Lines
Creating Business Lines
- Go to Business Lines in the sidebar
- Click Add Business Line
- Enter name and description
- Add optional details:
- Logo
- Primary contact
- Default template
- Save
Business Line Details
Configure each business line with:
- Name - Display name
- Description - What this line does
- Color - For visual identification
- Lead - Primary responsible person
- Default template - For new proposals
Associating Assets
When Uploading
- During asset upload
- Select business line(s)
- Asset is associated
Existing Assets
- Open the asset
- Click Edit
- Select business line(s)
- Save
Bulk Assignment
- Select multiple assets
- Click Bulk Edit
