Team & Collaboration

Propivix works for one proposal manager on their own, and for a team that shares the work. Everyone in your organization shares the same RFPs, proposals and library, and each person's role decides what they can change.

The Team page

Open Team in the sidebar. The page shows:

  • Active Proposals: your organization's proposals that are still in progress.
  • Team Members: how many people are in your organization.
  • Team Win Rate: won proposals divided by decided ones, across your organization's history. It shows a dash when nothing has been decided yet, and warns when there are too few decided pursuits to be predictive. See How win rate is calculated.
  • A table of members, with each person's Member name and email, Role and the date they Joined.
  • Pending Invitations, when there are any, with the email, role, sender and expiry date of each.

For each pending invitation you can select Copy Link to share it yourself, Send Reminder to email it again, or Cancel to withdraw it. Sending a reminder or cancelling needs the Admin or Manager role. A reminder can go out only when 24 hours have passed since the invitation or its last reminder was sent; until then the button reads "Reminder sent <24h".

Inviting teammates

Select Invite Member on the Team page, enter an email address, choose a role and select Send Invitation. Only Admins and Managers can invite, and a Manager can invite only some roles. The invitation expires after seven days. If the email cannot be delivered, Propivix still creates the invitation and shows you a link to share.

You do not need a team to use Propivix. Inviting a teammate is the one optional item on the setup checklist.

Roles

Your role decides whether you can invite people, edit and delete proposals, change the asset library and save the business profile. The six roles you can give are Admin, Manager, Proposal Lead, Contributor, Reviewer and Viewer. Roles and Permissions has the full table.
