Propivix has two pages about your team. The Team page in the sidebar is the main one. The Team Management page is a second view where you can find a member quickly and send an invitation.
Opening the page
The Team Management page is not in the sidebar. Open it at /dashboard/team-management.
Finding a member
The Total Members tile counts everyone in your organization.
The Core Personnel table lists each member by name and email address. A member who has not set a name shows "No name set".
To find someone, type in Search team members... at the top of the page. The list narrows as you type, matching the member's name, email address or role. When nothing matches, the table says "No team members found" and "Try a different search query." Clear the search box to see everyone again.
Sending an invitation
- Select Invite Member at the top of the page.
- Enter the teammate's Email Address.
- Choose a Role. The list offers Contributor, Proposal Lead, Manager, Admin, Reviewer and Viewer.
- Select Send Invitation.
If Propivix emailed the invitation, the form says Invitation Sent. If the invitation was saved but the email could not be sent, it says Invitation Created and asks you to share the link yourself. Either way the form shows the invitation link with a copy button. Select Invite Another to send one more, or Done to close.
Only Admins and Managers can send invitations, and a Manager can invite only some roles. If your role cannot grant the one you chose, the invitation is refused and the page shows the reason. See Who can invite whom.
How it differs from the Team page
Use the Team page for anything beyond finding a member and sending an invitation. The Team page:
- shows each member's role and the date they joined
- lists pending invitations, with Copy Link, Send Reminder and Cancel for each one
- shows your organization's active proposals and its Team Win Rate, which follows the definition in How win rate is calculated
The Team Management page does not list pending invitations. An invitation you send from it appears on the Team page while it is pending.
If the member list cannot be loaded, the page shows the error at the top with a Retry button. Select Retry to load the page's data again. If the error keeps coming back, see A page shows an error with Retry.
