Troubleshooting

This section explains the messages Propivix shows when something did not go as expected. Most of them are not failures. Propivix often stops on purpose, to ask for a decision or to avoid showing you something that is not true, and says why.

Before you start

Three habits save time with any message:

  1. Read the message in full. Propivix messages usually name the cause and the next step, for example "You can still download a draft for internal review."
  2. Tell apart "nothing to show" and "could not load". A message with a Retry button means the page could not read your data this time, not that the data is missing.
  3. Note the page address and the time. If you need to contact support, those two details help the team look into it.

Articles in this section

  • An RFP analysis was cut short: Why an RFP page warns that part of the document was not analyzed, what that means for your proposal, and what you can do about it.
  • Re-analysis asked to replace requirements: Why Re-analyze stopped with a Replace requirements? dialog, what its numbers mean, and how to choose between keeping and replacing.
  • Export says the proposal is not ready: Why preparing submission files was refused, how to keep working with a draft export, and where to find the fix for each quality gate finding.
  • Matched assets are slow or missing: Why the wizard's Assets & Team step can be slow the first time, what it means when matching does not finish, and why evidence chips can be missing.
  • A page shows an error with Retry: What an error message with a Retry button means on a Propivix page, why it is not the same as having no data, and what to do when it keeps coming back.
